My ClickUp Setup Service is just what you need to streamline your project management process. I’ll help you configure ClickUp to fit your business’s unique needs, ensuring efficient task management and collaboration.

Consult & Questionnaire

  • 1st we hop on QUICK a FREE call to discuss your needs. If you need more workflows/tasks than my initial package offers, we can discuss those options then.

  • Once we have a plan, we take care of a few admin task (contract & payment).

  • Then I send you a Questionnaire that will help us BOTH be better prepared for your Planning Session.

Planning Session

  • This is a 2-hour Zoom call where we map out your workflow(s) & tasks.

  • I make sure that all the basic, back-end stuff in ClickUp is ready to go.

  • If we need more time, we will have planned for that during our Consult, or we figure out a plan during this call to make sure I have all that I need to get you up & running!

Your Set-up

  • Depending on the complexity & number of workflow/tasks, I spend about a week to 10 days getting your ClickUp set-up according to the plan we established during our Planning Session.

  • Once it’s all ready, I’ll record a Loom video of how to use your wonderful ClickUp Workflow!

  • I’ll make sure to test everything first!

Follow-up & More

  • 2-Weeks: I’ll check in 2 weeks after I send you the Loom recording to see how things are going…this is the time to let me know of any glitches or parts that are not working.

  • 30 Days: 1 Month after you get the Loom recording our time will come to an end…unless you decide you need a longer support time…I’m here for you!!
