Once all the work is done, we’ll have a 1:1 session to review your set-up so that you are prepared to manage it all on your own moving forward.

Discovery Call & Quote

Our free Discovery Call allows me to learn more about your business, your services, and where you’re struggling, so I can put together a plan to fix it!

Then I’ll email you a Dubsado proposal customized with your business in mind.

Then you will approve your package, sign the contract, & pay 50% of the balance to book.

Onboarding Questionnaire

You will need to fill out your Onboarding Questionnaire PRIOR to our Workflow Mapping Session. This questionnaire collects the basic info about your business like branding, accounting categories, social media links, etc.

It is critical that this questionnaire is completed PRIOR to the Workflow Mapping Session so that we are ready to go!

1 HOUR

Workflow Mapping

Start your engines!

Once all the i’s are dott3ed & t’s are crossed, we’ll schedule our Workflow Mapping Session…otherwise known as a Kick-Off Call. This is when we will map out your client experience!

We will leave this meeting with a wonderfully planned out workflow map for future reference (and an actionable plan!)

Your Time commitment:

2 HOURS

Implementation Questionnaire

After the Workflow Mapping Session, I will customize & send a SECOND questionnaire for you to complete. This form asks about ALLL the little details that I need to be able to finish your setup.

This will be the most tedious part of the process for you, however, I do ask you to have it complete within 1 week after our Workflow Mapping Session, after that, you get to relax!

UP TO 2 HOURS

Automation Implementation

NOW is the time…we are finally ready to get into Dubsado! All of our work has been leading up to this step…where the implementation work begins.

Best part? This is where I do ALLL of the work. So sit back and enjoy a glass of wine…I’ve got this!

Offboarding & Follow-up Support

Once all of the work is complete, we’ll get on a recorded 1:1 Offboarding call, and we’ll go through every.single.step in your workflows based on the experience you asked me to create. But, just because your setup is done, doesn’t mean we’re done. I will be here for you for the next 30 DAYS for you to ask questions, request bug fixes, and receive additional training. PLUS, I provide you with an exclusive Next Steps Guide and a training library.

  • Assuming that you complete your questionnaires on time, your build will be complete within 4-6 weeks after your Process Mapping Session. If you do not complete your questionnaires on time, your due date may be missed, and additional fees will apply.

  • During our Process Mapping Session, we talk extensively about which Dubsado features we'll be using during your build.

    At Offboarding, I show you every step of every workflow I've created for you and explain how it works.

    During Follow-Up Support, I provide you with a detailed Next Steps Guide AND a video training library to help you learn some key features.

    You are still highly encouraged to complete Dubsado's own Education in order to be proficient in using the tool.

  • Dubsado VIP Set-ups will work best for businesses who already have a rock solid idea of what they want their client experience to look like and are ready to invest in streamlining and automating it.
